Amravati : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and Sanatan Sanstha tied ‘raakhis’ for various dignitaries from different fields, ‘Hindutvavadis’ and well-wishers, on the occasion of ‘Raksha Bandhan’. ‘Raakhis’ were tied for various dignitaries; among them were viz. Shri. Pravin Pote, the Guardian Minister and State Minister; Shri. Jayant Dehankar, BJP’s District-President; Shri. Narendra Kevale, Shiv Sena’s State Assembly Coordinator for Amravati; Shri. Anant Gudhe, former MP; Shri. Kantikumar Chaudhari, owner of ‘Gayatri Nursery’; Shri. Ulhas Marathe of ‘Dainik Hindustan’ and Shri. Nitin Deshmukh, the owner of ‘Rangoli Pearl’ Hotel.

Wardha : ‘Raakhis’ were tied on behalf of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) to elected representatives of people and reporters such as BJP-MLA Shri. Pankaj Bhoir, Shri. Atul Shende of RSS; Shri. Anil Kavale of Bajarang Dal; Shri. Pavan Gahatre of ‘Gou-raksha Samiti’; Shri. Chandradev Yadav, the President of ‘Shiv Mandir Utsav Samiti’, Borgaon; Shri. Lalit Gandhi, a businessman; Shri. Ramesh Nimaje, district representative of ‘Dainik Punyanagari’, ‘Dainik Bhaskar’s Chandraprakash Dubey; Shri. Neeraj Tripathi of ‘Dainik Janasangram’, Shri. Avinash Khopade of ‘Dainik Lokmat’; besides representatives of ‘Deshonnati’, Lokmat Samachar etc.
