Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha held at Niphad

Niphad (Dist. Nashik, Maharashtra): Quran and Bible are taught all over India; but there is not a single school that imparts education of Hindu philosophy. There is a ploy to impose ban on Sanatan Sanstha but Muslim League which attacks the country, is not banned.  Hindus cannot contest elections in Pakistan; but here, the Government belongs to Muslims. India is run by Muslims is what we are observing today. The above views were expressed by National ‘Keertankar’, H. B.P. Shrikrushna Maharaj Sinnarkar. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) had recently held Dharmajagruti Sabha at Kasebe Sukene in the taluka. The ‘sabha’ was attended by more than 400 devout Hindus. The ‘sabha’ began with recitation of ‘Veda-mantras’ and lighting of lamp by the dignitaries.

Maharaj said further, “The condition of this country and Hindus has become very pitiable after independence. Our country has faced many invasions and some of the coward and disloyal Hindus extended help to the invaders. In Mumbai alone, there are 600 schools, colleges and hospitals propagating Christianity. Mora than 185 newspapers are spitting venom against Hindus in this country; but there are very few newspapers like ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’, ‘Dainik Saamna’ etc. which are in favour of Hindus and Hinduism. All should, therefore, strongly support these newspapers.” The above appeal was also made by Maharaj.

Mrs. Meenakshi Kolhe of Sanatan Sanstha explained the importance of ‘Dharmacharan’ and appealed to Hindus to preserve Hindu Dharma. Mr. Pramod Chobhe of HJS touched upon various issues like corruption, mismanagement of temples taken over by the Government, vulgar and perverted paintings drawn by a Muslim painter M F Husain.
