Varanasi : Advocates can help, through their legal knowledge, in preventing harm caused to nation and Dharma, was the concept of organizing meetings of advocates and attempts were made by advocate Nilesh Sangolkar of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad (HVP) and Shri. Rajan Kesari, Varanasi Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS); along with Shri. Nilay Pathak; for uniting advocates for such meetings held at Varanasi, Chandauli and Gazipur in Uttar Pradesh.
1. Thirteen advocates joined the meeting organized by advocate Avanish Rai of ‘Baba Vishwanath Chamber’ from Varanasi Court and President of ‘Nagarik Utthan Seva Samiti’; so also by advocate Kamaleshchandra Tripathi, the President of ‘India with Wisdom’. Advocate Nilesh Sangolkar explained how advocates can help in preventing harm caused to nation and Dharma. Advocate Avanish Rai then informed about the activities carried out by him in that context. Advocate Rai informed about the case filed against a periodical called ‘Yadav Shakti’ published from Seetapur District for denigrating Deities. This periodical had also published indecent translation of ‘Gayatri’ mantra. Advocate Sangolkar spoke on this issue when participating advocates showed keen interest in joining activities of HVP.
2. The meeting organized by advocate Sanjivan Yadav, former President of Banaras Bar Association at Central Bar Association of Varanasi Court was attended by 19 advocates. Advocate Madan Mohan Yadav (who has been honored by Kashi Hindu Vishwavidyalaya by giving him the title of ‘Green Boy’ for his planting one lakh trees and maintaining two forests) commended activities of HVP and HJS. He said, “I shall consider myself fortunate if I am able to join your activities. Working for protection of ‘Hindutva’ has become most essential in prevailing situation.”
3. Advocate Chandramauli Upadhyay from Chandauli Court said, “You will definitely be successful in your goal because the whole world is going towards spirituality and you have it (spirituality) in you. Answers to many questions are with you (with spiritual science); therefore, you will be successful. I will also organize some program next time.”
4. Advocate Shailendra Pandeya, famous legal practitioner from Sakaldeeha taluka and President of ‘Yuva Jana Morcha’ works against corruption. He said, “Whenever application is required to be filed under Right to Information Act, we shall extend necessary help and join your activities.”
5. Advocates Ajay Sinha and Shakti Singh from Gazipur Court, though very busy, arranged meetings with other advocates and helped in contacting other pro-Hindu advocates from the district.
