Report of HJS Maharashtra coordinator Shri. Sunil Ghanwat’s tour of Nagpur

Nagpur : Shri. Sunil Ghanwat, Coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for Maharashtra contacted various devout Hindus, ‘Hindutvavadis’ and businessmen from the city during his stay from 23rd to 25th September 2018. Everyone tried to learn about different activities undertaken by HJS and promised to join them from time to time. Some of the responses from dignitaries are given below.

1. Unification of advocates undertaken by ‘Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad (HVP)’ is very important and will be useful in getting legal help for the activities. HJS activities are truly going on in right direction. We shall participate in HJS drives, we shall organize ‘Dharmashikshan’ classes for our activists, stated Shri. Amol Thakare, ‘Mahamantri’ of BJP’s Central zone. He tried to know about activities undertaken by HJS and was quite impressed with the VCD on ‘Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha’.

2. Shri. Raman Senad, an advocate and President of ‘Lokmanya Sanskrutik and Training Sanstha’ has been working in social field for many years and takes initiative in social and cultural programs. He led the drive ‘Mandir Bachao (Save temples)’ undertaken in Nagpur and brought together Trustees of many temples. He held press conferences and staged intense demonstrations in Mayor’s office during the fight; leading to the Government immediately stopping action against temples while informing about preparation of new list. He imparts training on use of weapons through his Lokmanya Training Institute for awakening of valour. He likes and has good opinion about activities undertaken by HJS.

3. Shri. Akash Safalekar, Vice President of Sriram Sena, Nagpur and Shri. Ranjit Safalekar said, “Help is needed to join Hindu youth and drawing them in favour of Hindu Dharma. We shall invite HJS for giving guidance on various subjects. Unification of advocates by HVP is quite encouraging for our activists.”

4. Shri. Ashutosh Gote, President of ‘Nagpur Brahman Mahasangh’ and industrialist promised to attend Convention proposed to be held for industrialists.
