Palghar (Thane, Maharashtra): Bhagavan Srikrushna allowed so much destruction to take revenge of the insult meted out to a virtuous woman like Draupadi. Even today God rushes to your rescue if you call Him with yearning; but today’s manner of calling God is wrong due to lack of ‘Dharmacharan’ among Hindus. It is only because of the righteousness of Saints, gallantry shown by the valiant fighters and purity of our virtuous women that Hindu Dharma still exists. The above guidance was given by H. B. P. Anand Maharaj Joshi while addressing Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) in the Hall of Lakshminarayan Mandir in Palghar (W). Mr. Narendra Surve of HJS and Mr. Rajendraprasad Bhogale of Sanatan Sanstha also addressed the ‘sabha’.
The ‘sabha’ began with recitation of ‘veda-mantras’ by Vedamurti Shri. Gajanan Maharaj Namjoshi and his group. The ‘sabha’ was attended by about 300 devout Hindus including dignitaries like Mr. Manohar Dandekar, the mayor of Palghar, Mr. Ashok Khulge of ‘Dainik Tarun Bharat’, Hindu activist Mr. Rajeev Raut, H. B. P. Babasaheb Revade Maharaj, RSS secretary Mr. Ravindra Rahalkar etc.
