Hindus should foil conspiracy of Christian missionaries : Narendra Surve, HJS

‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Sabha’ held at Kalyan !

Kalyan : Christians are propagating their religion through prayers; using new tricks every day to convert Hindus. Hindus should therefore, be alert and fight with unity. Attempts of conversion made under guise of ‘Bal-sanskar’ classes held at Kalyan and in local trains were foiled by alert Hindus. We can save Hindus from conversion by making such constant efforts. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has been doing this job. Hindus need to be ready to foil conspiracy of Christian missionaries, stated Shri. Narendra Surve, spokesperson of HJS while addressing ‘Hindu Rashtra-jagruti Sabha (sabha)’ held at Annapurnanagar, Kalyan (West).

His above statement was appreciated by devout Hindus by clapping and in a way, showing their approval for unity. Hindus are converted through propagation of Christianity and fanatics are converting Hindu young women by drawing them into web of false love. Hindus will soon be minority population if these things go on. Therefore, there is need to impart ‘Dharmashikshan’ to Hindus and free them from such problems. Hindu women should at least apply ‘kumkum’ on forehead and try to preserve their culture, was the appeal made by ‘Vaidya’ (Sou.) Deeksha Pendbhaje while addressing the ‘sabha’. Shri. Mahesh Mulik did compeering of the ‘sabha’ which was attended by about 150 devout Hindus. 30 policemen including police from Intelligence Department and lady police staff were deployed at the venue of the ‘sabha’. Police did video-shooting of the program.

Assistance

1. Shri. Deshpande and Shri. Vijay Vavu of senior citizens’ organization extended cooperation in organizing the ‘sabha’.

2. Shri. Puranik, a local teacher wrote information about this ‘sabha’ on different boards and helped in advertising.

Highlights

1. All family members of Bhupatrao had gone for a movie but the senior most lady member of the house preferred to attend the ‘sabha’.

2. One rickshaw-driver learnt about the issues to be taken up in the ‘sabha’ after which, he displayed the poster of ‘sabha’ on his vehicle.
