Why the Govt. Administration needs to be reminded for implementing Court’s orders ?
Ujjain : Supreme Court had passed an order in October 2018 assigning timings for bursting of crackers. Permission was granted for bursting of crackers during Diwali, only between 8.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m.; whereas in Christmas and on 31st December, permission has been granted for bursting crackers from 11.55 p.m. to 12.13 a.m. in the background of Christian New Year. People burst crackers even during 25th December to 1st January, like in Diwali. A demand was therefore, made through a representation submitted by various organizations to the District Collector and MP Shri. Chintamani Malaviya that assigned timings should be followed for bursting of crackers; in view of preservation of environment and action should be taken against those people who break the orders. Shri. Dinesh Shrivastav, President of ‘Swarnim Bharat Manch’; Shri. Manishsingh Chauhan, Regional President and Shri. Hari Mali of ‘all-India Shiv Sena Gou-raksha Nyas’; advocate Vivek Garg and Nirbhay Singh of ‘Bharat Raksha Manch’; Shri. Anand Jakhotia, State Coordinator for Madhya Pradesh and Shri.
