A miracle happened in Tamil Nadu on Mahashivratri

HJS received following information of a miracle happened in ancient Shiva Temple in Tamil Nadu on the auspicious day of Mahashivratri. This is shared to all for the information :

Vilangadupakkam is also known as ‘Sidhar Bhoomi’. The village have Perumal Temple built way back in 9th Century AD. Miracles do happen oftentimes here and devotees have experienced them many times.

On the east side of Perumal Temple, there exists an ancient temple of Sri Shiva. The temple name is Arulmigu Tripurasundari Samedha Ellavapureeshwar. On the day of Mahashivratri, hundreds of devotees were present for ‘6 kala poojas‘ offered to the Sri Shiva. By aroud 11.35 PM, a devotee suddenly fell down from his sitting posture during the collective ‘prarthana‘ (offering). The people who accompanied the devotee were all shocked as his pulse was down and body was chilled. But Thiru Bhavani Raja Ganapathi Dasan, who was heading the pooja, asked all devotees to recite ‘Bairavar shloka. After 20 minutes of mass recitation, the devotee woke up after the tender water from broken coconut was sprinkled on his face.
