Protesting against things that cause harm to Dharma is our collective spiritual practice ! – Dr. (Sou.) Mamata Desai , HJS
Airoli (Navi Mumbai) : Nowadays, parents are busy watching TV programs. Wrong programs are shown by media. Why should we watch such programs ? Film stars are becoming ideals of children. Hindu girls elope with some Khans, keeping such ideals before them and fall prey to love jihad. Parents are not inculcating ‘sanskars’ of abiding by Dharma in their children; nor do they themselves follow ‘Dharmacharan’. Hindus wear clothes with Deities pictures printed on them due to lack of ‘Dharmashikshan’; even though it leads to denigration of Deities. Therefore, to oppose all such things is our collective spiritual practice, stated Dr. (Sou.) Mamata Desai of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS).
‘Shri Vitthal-Rakhumai Warkari Bhajan Mandal and Educational Trust’ had organized a week’s program, ‘Harinaam Saptah’, and she was talking on the subject of ‘Makar sankranti and importance of ‘Dharmacharan’. She said further that 1.5 lakh Hindus have been converted in Ulhasnagar. We should think seriously about the issue. Police and Government reach the place after the danger strikes us. Practising spirituality is inevitable; since in danger, only Dharma i.e God is going to be our support.
