Home Ministry is eager to ban Pro-Hindu Sanatan Sanstha !

A senior officer from the Home Ministry informed yesterday that the State Government has started the process of imposing ban on Sanatan due to its association in bomb blast cases at Gadakari Rangayatan, Thane, Vishnudas Bhave Theatre in Vashi so also at Margao in Goa. The action will be under the ‘Illegal Activities Prohibition Act’. (None of the investigating agencies conducting inquiry has said that Sanatan was in any way associated with the bomb blasts or any illegal activity. Even then, The Congress rulers are, in their self-proclaimed courts, trying to accuse and punish Sanatan which is very disgraceful. Their effort is nothing but exhibition of their Hindu-hatred ! – Editor SP)

The State and Central Government’s intelligence bureaus have been keeping an eye on Sanatan activities for some time. (Had such attention was paid to the activities of jihadi terrorists, terrorism would have been eliminated from India by now. Of course, the Congress Government that treats Afzal, Kasab and Hasan Ali like its special guests and is helping them to carry on their ‘jihadi’ programs at Government level, will never do such a thing ! – Editor SP)  The State Government has come to a decision to ban Sanatan after studying its activities. A letter will be sent by the Home Ministry to the Central Government for imposing ban on all the branches of this organization.

Sanatan Sanstha’s Malgonda Patil had died in a bomb blast when he was going to implant a bomb at one place in Goa. The same person was arrested by the police during Sangli-Miraj riots when they found swords and choppers in his vehicle. (Malgonda Patil was never taken into custody in connection with Sangli-Miraj riot cases; but by giving such completely false information, this officer wants to accuse Sanatan and impose ban like the saying goes that ‘Call this dog as rabid and kill it’ ! – Editor SP) The bomb blasts which were carried out at Gadakari Rangayatan in Thane and Vishnudas Bhave Theater in Vashi were of low magnitude. (No investigating agency has said that Sanatan was involved in these bomb blast cases. The officer from the Home Ministry is, however, giving untrue information and carrying on the policies of jihadi terrorist organizations exhibiting Hindu-hatred. The police did not do the things even in the regime of Nizam which they are doing now in Congress regime ! – Editor SP)

Procedure for declaring ‘Sanatan’ as terrorist has been initiated ! – Home Minister R R Patil

Sangli (Maharashtra): The process of sending proposal to the Central Home Ministry for declaring Sanatan Sanstha and its allied organizations as terrorists has been started by the State Home Ministry. The above information was given by Home Minister R R Patil in a press conference held here. (Hindus, please note that the Congress rulers are drowned upto their neck in corruption cases like Lavasa, Adarsh etc. Whenever the Congress Government gets caught in danger, it starts harassing pro-Hindu organizations. Remember that, it is a game played by the Congress every time when it wants to divert people’s attention away from its corrupt governance ! – Editor SP)

Patil said, “The Home Department of the State has started the process of sending proposal to the Central Home Ministry for declaring Sanatan Sanstha as an organization indulging in illegal activities under clause 3 of ‘Illegal activities (prohibition) Act 1967’. Nine cases have been filed against Sanatan Sanstha and its workers and ‘timer’, detonator’, ‘circuit’, ‘remote control’, ‘revolver’ etc. have been confiscated from them. (No investigating agency has filed case against Sanatan; even then, the Home Minister is giving such false information exhibiting his Hindu-hatred and carrying on the work of ‘jihadi’ organizations. His act will put even Aurangzeb to shame! – Editor SP) Police have found that Sanatan’s mouth-piece has published articles which could disturb communal harmony. (‘Sanatan Prabhat’ is a totally different entity and has no connection with Sanatan Sanstha. Besides, the articles published in Sanatan are not inciting communal disharmony but are always uniting the Nation and Dharma. If the Government had kept an eye on the matter published in anti-national Urdu periodicals and jihadi organizations, it would have been beneficial for the country. Process of ban on Sanatan initiated to divert people’s attention from corrupt governance – Abhay Vartak, Sanatan Sanstha

Press conference at Navi Mumbai; Govt. policies shredded to pieces

Navi Mumbai: The Congress Governments at the Centre as well as in the State are presently caught in scams involving billions of rupees. After issues like ‘Adarsh Housing Society’, Lavasa, Hasan Ali etc. the issue of appointment of Thomas has also put the Government in trouble. The corrupt rule of Government has been time and again criticized even by the judiciary. This has created outrage among citizens over the Congress-NCP Government. Maharashtra Government has, therefore, created the issue of ban on Sanatan Sanstha only to divert people’s attention; but Sanatan Sanstha will not tolerate this injustice. The Sanstha will unite all righteous and patriotic organizations and citizens to stage agitation against the Government, in lawful manner and will force the Government to withdraw the decision of banning the Sanstha, warned Mr. Abhay Vartak, the spokesperson of Sanatan Sanstha in a press conference.

Last resort of the frustrated Government

Mr. Vartak said, “We strongly condemn the attempts made by the Government for imposition of ban on Sanatan. Such attempt is going on for the last two years. This is done only for appeasement of Muslims. Attempts to lessen people’s fury against ‘jihadi’ terrorism are being made by creating an air of ‘Hindu terrorism’ even by the Central Home Minister and the Goa and Maharashtra Government are now trying to bring into force.  Sanatan has pointed finger at many anti-national and unrighteous decisions of the Government. Sanatan has played an important role in creating awareness among people towards such unjust policies; therefore, the frustrated Government has used ban on Sanatan as the last resort.”

News about filing cases against Sanatan is completely false !

He said further, “Attempts are being made to drag Sanatan in bomb blasts which took place at Mudgaon, Panvel, Vashi, Thane (Gadakari Rangayatan) etc. The anti-terrorists squad (ATS) and national investigating agencies, such expert machineries have already conducted inquiry into these cases. Sanstha has extended full cooperation to them in every respect. Nowhere in the charge sheet filed by these agencies, has it been mentioned that Sanatan was involved in either of the cases. Today, few newspapers have published that 9 cases have been filed against Sanatan which is absolutely untrue. Such information is completely false and defamatory for Sanatan. Many pro-Hindu organizations have also expressed their strong displeasure over the same. Many organizations today called up Sanatan and extended their support.”

…then Govt. will have to impose ban on most parties !

Mr. Vartak said, “If the Government has decided to impose ban on Sanatan because of wrong doings of 4 of its workers, then with the same policy, the Government will have to impose ban on most of the political parties.”

It is a disgraceful attempt to defame Sanatan – Mr. Veerendra Marathe, Trustee, Sanatan Sanstha

The so-called secular Government is trying to bring ban on Sanatan for the last 3 years although Sanatan is engaged in activities of protection of Nation and ‘Dharmajagruti’ for the past 12 years. Some newspapers have even published today that the process of imposing ban on Sanatan is complete. This is false information published only to defame Sanatan. The media has connected few bomb blast cases in Maharashtra and Goa to Sanatan which is beyond comprehension as in these cases; Sanatan Sanstha is not even one of the accused. It is a height of fabrication to connect Malgonda Patil with Miraj riots. It is a despicable attempt of the politicians for diverting people’s attention from the scams in cases like Lavasa, Adarsh and appointment of Thomas etc. Sanatan is seeking legal advice for taking action against this defamation.

Action on Sanatan to be taken within the parameters of the Constitution – Chief Minister

Kolhapur (Maharashtra): People following various religions are living in the State; also this is a secular State; therefore, decision on action on Sanatan Sanstha will be taken within the parameters of the Constitution. No decision has been taken so far in this regard. The above information was given by Mr. Pruthviraj Chavan, the Chief Minister at Kolhapur in a press conference held at the Government Rest House.
