Bangalore (Karnataka): HJS organised a lecture explaining  the valour of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj for the students and teachers of Bishop Carmel School Hegganhalli on the occasion of  ‘Shiv-jayanti’. The programme was inaugurated by the principal of the school Mr. Hanumantharayappa. Mrs. Gayathri Rao of HJS explained in detail about  Chatrapathi Shivaji for more than 30 minutes. More than 180 students and 10 teachers were present during this session.

The principal who was inspired by the lecture volunteered to distribute 500 Sanatan Note books with picture of National Leaders to the children. Another teacher volunteered to join HJS for service any time when ever called upon since the activities of the Samiti are conducive for Nation Building activities.
