Responses from officers
1. Dr. Amar Supate, Principal Scientific Officer : Congratulations to you for taking up this issue ! We see to it that private hospitals follow these rules quite meticulously; but we don’t get response from government hospitals. We have to face many difficulties. We shall conduct inquiry into concerned officers and take action.
2. Shri. Jagadish Patil, Konkan Regional Commissioner : Private hospitals are exploited by officers of Pollution Control Board. Many complaints are received about them. Government hospitals are not bothered of such rules.
