Every seeker should be able to give first aid ! – Sou. Seema Samant
Thane : Many Saints have predicted that the forthcoming period of crisis is going to be quite terrifying. Every seeker should get trained in first aid to face such period. Every seeker should be able to give first aid to others and first aid training is therefore, necessary. first aid is a science of action. Learning first aid can help in saving people including own family members, stated Sou. Seema Samant during the first aid workshop organized by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for one day.
On 24th March, this workshop was held by HJS at Dombivali (west). Demos were shown on first aid for checking pulse; fracturing bone, burns-scalds, ABC cap etc and seekers were also asked to participate in the same. Sou. Pradnya Parab explained the theory in checking pulse and got it done from seekers. Shri. Chetan Parab explained the subject of ‘burns-scalds’.
first aid workshop was also held at Naupada (Thane, West) by Sou. Manisha Kshirsagar, Sou. Bhagyashee Palanitkar and Sou. Shalini Pai. They explained the topics and asked participants to show demos based on the information given.
