HJS members participated in the temple cleaning drive |
Mumbai: A ‘cleaning drive’ was undertaken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on 7th April between 4.30 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. at Bhandup. Temple of the ‘Gramdevata’ of Bhandup i.e. ‘Gavadevi Mata’ was cleaned by HJS activists. They were joined by the women attending ‘Dharmashikshan’ classes held by HJS. They have decided to clean the temple every Thursday. The priest of the temple was very happy with this drive and he extended valuable support. 16 HJS activists took part in this drive and later they did chanting in the temple.
