Hindus, pay gratitude at God’s feet for this success !

Mumbai: In the meeting of Legislative High Power Committee, it has been decided to cancel the Act treating temples as commercial establishments. The above news has been published by ‘Dainik Saamna’, a Marathi daily newspaper. (The Government, which is trying to treat temples as shops, is probably not aware that it is running a State ! – Editor SP) This Act would have taxed the earnings of temples like any other commercial establishment. There was a possibility that along with temples having huge income, the Government could have taken over even temples with negligible income.

Mr. Mangalprabhat Lodha, a BJP MLA presented this point in the session constantly supporting Hindus. He raised voice against the Government’s decision and created awareness among other MLAs. Devotees were also enraged with the Government’s decision.  As a result, the decision had to be withdrawn. Mr. Londha said that the decision would give solace to the devotees. (Congratulations to Mr. Mangalprabhat Lodha for giving fight to get the Act terming Hindu temples as commercial establishments annulled.  Other MLAs can learn a lesson from Shri. Lodha ! – Editor SP)
