Belgaum (Karnataka) : There was theft in the temples of Sree Lakshmidevi, the Gram-devata and Sree Maragaidevi located in Lakshmi Lane. It was observed on Monday morning that the thieves had opened the shutters of these temples and donation boxes with duplicate keys and took away the money. A complaint has been lodged with Tilakwadi Police Station. Police tried to use dogs-squad in searching the culprits; but the dogs were hanging around Bhandur Lane and police could not get any clue.
