Ulhasnagar (Maharashtra): A meeting was held at Sindhi Youth Circle Hall to plan for Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha proposed to be held here. Response received from the local devout Hindus was very encouraging. All devout Hindus commended the activities undertaken by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and extended cooperation for holding the meeting. Office bearers of Shiv Sena, BJP, Yogavedant Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha etc. and other devout Hindus were present on the occasion.
While addressing the meeting Mr. Pandurang Lande, the area-chief of Shiv Sena from Ulhasnagar said that Hindus were not following ‘Dharmacharan’; birthdays were celebrated by blowing out candles instead of doing ‘aukashan’. The activities of HJS will definitely create awareness among Hindus. Mr. Vishal Gupta of ‘Yogavedanta Samiti’ said that it was the need of the hour to become ‘Dharmaveers’ like HJS activists and blessings of H. H. Asaram Bapu would be always with them. Mr. Ajay Sambhus, the district-coordinator of HJS for Thane explained the points to be noted for organization of ‘sabha’ and the present position of Dharma. A VCD of Hindu Dharmajagruti Sabha was shown on the occasion. Mr. Vishwanath Kulkarni gave information about various activities undertaken by HJS.
