Barwad (Tal. Chikodi, Dist. Belgaum) : Sanatan Sanstha Kolhapur, Nyas and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) organized health camp and free distribution of medicines at new Vitthal Mandir on 18th August, for the flood-stricken people. More than 400 affected people could get benefit from this camp. Dr. Mansingh Shinde of Sanatan Sanstha, Kolhapur and ‘Vaidya’ Ashutosh Vibhute from Kagal examined flood-affected people, with the assistance from nurse, Sou. Savita Sangar.
Shri. Subhash Patil, Shri. Balaso Patil of ‘Hindavi Swarajya Tarun Mandal’, Shriram Sena’s Shri. Amol Patil, along with other activists worked hard for organizing the health camp. Local residents felicitated doctors and activists for medical help. Dr. Mansingh Shinde was felicitated by Shri. Vasant Mahadev Patil; Shri. Kiran Duse was felicitated by Shri. Annaso Dnyanu Chougule, the President of Barwad Dairy; Dr. Ashutosh Vibhute was felicitated by Shri. Appaso Bapu Patil while Shri. Arvind Sangar was felicitated by Shri. Vijay Bajirao Patil. Sou. Savita Sangar was also felicitated on the occasion.
After conclusion of the camp, Shri. Annaso Dnyanu Patil commended activities of Sanatan Sanstha, Kolhapur Nyas and HJS. He also said that he would organize similar camp for employees of milk dairy.
