HJS submits representation at Nandurbar for preventing malpractices in celebrating Ganesh Festival

Nandurbar :Representation was submitted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) to additional District Collector Shri. Dilip Jagadale on 23rd August for the demand that promotion of installing Shri Ganesh idols made of paper pulp should be stopped.

Office bearers of Ganesh festival committees and activists of HJS submitting representation to Superintendent of Police (SP) Mahendra Pundit

Representation demanding to solve problems faced by Ganesh committees and malpractices taking place during Ganesh festival was submitted to SP Mahendra Pundit by HJS and office bearers of Ganesh festival committees. SP Pundit saw the whole VCD on ‘Ideal manner of celebrating Ganesh festival’ and said that the VCD would be shown in meetings held with Ganesh festival committees in the city and HJS would also be invited at that time.

At the time of immersion of Ganesh-idols, Municipality should not implement concepts like ‘immersion of Ganesh idols in artificial water tanks and donation of idols’ under influence of pro(re)gressive factions since it is against ‘Dharma-shaastra’ was the demand made through representation submitted to municipal administrative officer Shri. Deepak Muley.
