Amaravati: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) will be starting satsangs that will include study of literature written by saints, devotional songs and patriotic songs. A program was organized by local VHP branch on ‘Hindu religion and Satsangs’. Dharmachrya Dada Vedak was addressing the gathering. He said that development of a nation can take place only when patriotism is complemented with spiritual knowledge.
He said that satsangs help to acquire happiness, peace and contentment. Satsangs also help to awaken the inner strength. Muslims are so powerful only because they never compromise on religion. We should learn and imbibe this quality from them. Satsangs will play a very important role in achieving this goal.
It was decided to hold an annual gathering at the end of one year of satsangs. He said today satsangs are held by ‘Art of Living’, Kalavati Aai and Sanatan Sanstha. Many members of VHP, HJS, Sanatan Sanstha and other Hindu organizations attended the program.
