Mysuru (Karnataka) : The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and other like minded organizations have demanded that the NIA should be called in to investigate the murders of the Hindu activists across Karnataka. Devout Hindus placed this demand through a memo submitted to the DySP in Mysore. Shri. Guruprasad Gowda (State Convenor, HJS) and others were present.

During the Congress regime in Karnataka, around 24 Hindu activists were brutally murdered in just 3 years (19 Feb 2015 to 3 Jan 2018). Chargesheets filed in all cases point to the role of Popular Front of India (PFI) the religious fanatic organization suspected to have links with terrorist organizations. The NIA team investigating the gruesome murder of Hindu activist Rudresh has opined that these murders were carried out in line with the intent of establishing an Islamic Rule across South India. So the devout Hindus have demanded that ‘all the cases pertaining to the murders of Hindu activists should be investigated by the NIA’.
