Kundapur: Theft of worth Rs 1.25 Lakh from Temple

O Hindus, even in the regime of so-called pro-Hindu BJP, Hindu temples are neither safe from thieves nor from Govt. as it attempting to takeover Hindu Temples. Now all Hindus should unite together and establish ‘Hindu-Nation’ with righteous and patriotic rulers to save Hindu Dharma and Hindus !

Kundapur (Karnataka): A major theft was detected in the temple of Marur Shri Durga Parameshwari at Hengavalli in the taluka when it was opened for regular rituals in the morning of Wednesday, July 8.

Gold and silverware worth Rs 1.25 lakh which adorned the deity has been taken away. The miscreants broke open the lock of the main door and stole most of the valuables and a collection box which is estimated to contain Rs 8,000.  They also broke open the door of the generator room and rummaged the whole place looking for valuables.

Srinivas Bairy of the temple management has filed a complaint with the Shankarnarayana police.
