Respect National Flag : HJS submits representation in Kalamboli

Kalmboli (Maharashtra): Plastic National Flags are used everywhere on a large scale on Independence Day. But they are littered around the next day, thus causing dishonour to the Flag. Plastic does not get destroyed and the dishonour of the National Flag continues for a long time. People watch it with great pain but cannot help to stop the dishonour; besides there is a problem of pollution too. In order to stop this dishonour Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has submitted a memorandum to Mr. K.T. Vidhate, Chief Inspector of Police of Karamboli Police Station. They have demanded an action on the sellers of the plastic Flags. While accepting the Memorandum Mr. Vidhate said, “You have undertaken a very good mission and I shall help you in your movement.”

Mr. Baban Bargaje, President of Kalamboli city, BJP, Vice-president Mr. Uddhav Khedkar, Sect. Mr. Vijay Sawasnt, Mr. Devidas Khedkar, Mr. Sahebrao Bade, Mr. Parmeshwar Uthave, so also Mr. Umesh Kichambare, Mr. Milind Poshe, of HJS were present while giving the memorandum. Similar type of Memorandum was given to Mr. Shinde, Solid Waste Management Dept. When he was informed about how dishonour is caused to the plastic flags and how it adds to pollution, he assured the delegates saying that, he will depute a squad three days in advance of the Independence Day to stop the sale of National Flags in Panvel area.
