We won’t allow attack on seats of faith of Hindus under the guise of superstitions – Subhash Desai, Shiv Sena group leader in Legislative Assembly
Mumbai (Maharashtra) : Mr. Subhash Desai warned the Government that Hindus seats of faith cannot be attacked under the guise of superstitions. He is the group leader of Shi Sena in Legislative Assembly. A meeting was held at the Government quarters of Opposition leader Mr. Eknath Khadase of MLAs from Shiv Sena, BJP, MNS, PDP and independents. Strategy was formed in the said meeting about taking the incompetent Government to task in the coming monsoon session, on various issues. Mr. Desai was speaking in the joint press conference held after the said meeting. He said further, “Let the anti-superstitions Bill be presented at the insistence of the Dy. Chief Minister and then we will show our resolve. We were not provided even the draft of this Bill. If Ajit Pawar is going to force passing of this Bill, we will foil his attempt.”
Popularity of the ruling front has been continuously on decline and it has reached lowest due to internal strife. Everyone is accusing each other and then shirking from the responsibility and it is happening right from the Chief Minister to the lowest cadre. Houses of ministers are burgled and there is no law and order in the State, said Mr. Desai.
