Miraj (Maharashtra): A representation was submitted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) to the Government Administration demanding prevention of insult of National Flag and cancellation of Anti-Superstitions Act. The representation was accepted by Mr. Todkar on behalf of the zonal officer. He assured to show advertisement on local TV channel for prevention of insult of National Flags. Mr. Shrikant Edake, the city-President of BJP, Mr. Tatya Karade, the city-President of business-units organizations, Mr. Shashikant Waghmode of Shiv Sena and devout Hindus viz. Mr. Digambar Shinde, Bharat Ugade, Gangadhar and Mr. Mahadev Jadhav, Manoj Gawali and Dwarakadheesh Mundada of HJS.
