Gurupournima Mahotsav-2011 organised by Sanatan Sanstha, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti and Other Spiritual Associations

Establishing Hindu Nation is of utmost importance – Mr. Raveendra Kamath, spokesperson, HJS

Mangalore (Karnataka) : Gurupournima was celebrated by association of HJS and Sanatan Sanstha which procured in very successful manner on 15/07/2011, 4:00pm onwards. About 250 Hindus participated in the ceremony and contributed to their duty towards dharma. Hindus there were inspired to contribute to the nation and dharma. The same had been celebrated in 271 different places in India and also in abroad, in various languages, and all have participated in a very enthusiastic way and have shown their gratitude to the Guru.

The program began with Vyasa pujan and Parampujya Bhaktaraj Maharaj’s puja. Later a visual display via projector was made to demonstrate about ‘How to do Dharmacharan?’ . Dharmabhimanis who have always stood by dharma overcoming all the obstacles were honoured by the chief spokesperson.

Later, as Mr. Raveendra Kamat, HJS told that ‘Following corruption and coaxing the minorities is our birth right and we will do it’ has been the attitude of all the government officials and politicians. When Shri Ramdev Baba and Anna Hazare fought against corruption, they not only neglected them but also attacked and harmed them. With this act itself it is justifiable that all the officers over there are corrupted. On the other hand, our central government is trying to pass the bill of ‘Communal violence-2011’ for masking the minorities for the sake of vote bank. The name of this bill is so attractive that everyone feels that this bill should be passed for the protection of our dharma but as we go through every page we learn that every act of this bill is Anti-Hindu. This bill is totally unrelated to Muslims and Christians, but only Hindus. When even before the bill is passed, there are so many attacks happening to Hindu Dharma; Imagine what would be our condition if the bill will be passed, he asked the people gathered.

As he continued he said, ‘For this sake on opposing the issue of passing the bill, Protests, collection of signatures and requests have been sent to president from 17 different districts. Because of the corruption of the politicians when the treasure of the state is totally emptied off, they are trying to loot the same from Hindu temples by bringing them under government’s control. Today about 1 lakh Hindu temples are under government’s control !’

The funds of these temples are utilised by government for various projects and for coaxing the minorities instead of being used for the welfare of the temples. He also told about the disasters that have occurred and to get this under control we all have to fight united against it and establish Hindu Rajya.

At the same time Sri Lakshmeesha Tolpadi, a famous writer, also gave guidance to the audience.
