Inquiry by police of HJS activist

Hindus should realize that conducting inquiries of activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) when they were not involved or associated with any case, is a conspiracy to eliminate Hindus.

A staff member of Police Intelligence Department made inquiry of an activist of HJS over the phone. The conversation that took place between the two is given below.

Police staff (P): Information about the recently held Guru-Pournima function is required.

HJS activist (A): Who is speaking? What is your name?
(P told his name.)

P: I am speaking from the Intelligence Department. Did you not recognize me?
(This P has earlier called up Mr. A which he then remembered. )

A: What do you want?

P: At which place Guru-Pournima was celebrated?
(Mr. A gave the name of the place.)

P: In another city, what was the venue of Guru-Pournima function?
(Mr. A gave the name of GP venue.)

P: Which was the organization celebrating Guru-Pournima function?
(Mr. A gave information.)

P: Who was the main organizer?

A: There was no main organizer.

P: Who had come from outside for the function?

A: Nobody.

P: Who were the chief guests at both the places? (Mr. A gave details.)

P: Who is the chief of the organization here?

A: There are no such posts in the organization.

P: Who looks after the work here?

A: Those attending ‘Dharma-satsangs’ only take care of activities.

P: What do you do? (Mr. A told about self.)

P: Who presented views during Guru-Pournima function?

A: The chief guests presented their views.

P: What were the topics of their speech?

A: They talked about the present problems like corruption, influence of western culture, denigration of Deities and Saints and the present condition of nation etc.

P: How many people attended the program? 
(Mr. A told about attendance.)

P: Did you collect funds for your Guru?

A: Donation boxes were kept. Anybody can donate whatever he wants.

P: Had you kept any goal for the collection of funds?

A: There is no such goal. Some people donate even Rs. 5 or Rs. 10/- etc. Why do you want all these details?

P: Presently, we have been asked to collect this information. We are doing our duty. What was the amount collected in both the Guru-Pournima functions?
(Mr. A told about the collection and expenses.) 

P: Were Guru-Pournima functions held on the same day at different places in the district?

A: Yes, I have already told you. We had given invitation in your police station also. You had given permission for loudspeaker. Don’t you remember?

P: No. I have no idea. Our office is different; it is Intelligence Department.

A: Do you get information by calling people over phone? Or is it only in our case that you do this?

P: We collect information from everyone like this. We required only this much information now. We will call you again if some more information is needed.
(This information was collected at night. The police staff collected the same information once again after two days by calling up in the morning by giving the reason that earlier, he could not hear clearly due to rain.)

(Police are trying to exert pressure on HJS activists by contacting them every now and then. – Editor SP)

Had the police made inquiry of terrorists and kept proper vigil on their movements as done in case of patriots and devout Hindus; India would have been freed of terrorism and naxalism by now !
