Gadchiroli (Maharashtra): Under the misleading name of ‘Communal or Preventive Law’, the Central Government is trying to pass an Act titled ‘Communal and targeted Violence Act 2011’. In this Act, a provision has been made to take stringent action against majority (i.e. Hindus) under the guise of their oppressing minority. If this Act is passed, it will be difficult for Hindus to even speak up for their just demands. A memorandum was submitted against such black Act on behalf of HJS to the District Collector of Gadchiroli. Mr. Ramesh Hemake, Mr. Mucchalwar, Mrs. Mamidwar, Mrs. Hemake, Mrs. Mucchalwar, Mrs. Jadhav and Mrs. Zingare were present on the occasion.
