Finally Anti-Superstitions Bill presented in LA !

Shravan Shukla Trayodashi, Kaliyug Varsha 5113

Betrayal of Warkaris and Pro-Hindus by the ‘Front’ Government !

Pro-Hindu MLAs, the rulers will take advantage of the pandemonium in the Legislative Assembly (LA) on ‘Maval’ issue and pass the Anti-Superstitions Bill. Hindu Dharma will be endangered if anti-Hindu Congress rulers pass the said Bill. In the shootout at Maval, 4 demonstrators were killed; therefore, you forced to adjourn the transactions in LA with your aggression. Similarly, show the same assertiveness against Anti-Superstitions Bill and thwart the ploy of Government to pass the Act during such pandemonium.

Mumbai: The day’s program schedule of transactions to be carried out in LA session included presenting of ‘Maharashtra Narbali va Anya Amanaviya Anishta va Aghori  Pratha va Jadutona Yana Pratibandh va Tyanche Samool Ucchatan Adhiniyam, 2011’ for passing even today. The issue of firing at demonstrators fighting against supply of Pavna Dam water was discussed through adjournment proposal. The Opposition members were not satisfied with the answer given by the State Home Minister and there was commotion to protest against the Government. In this commotion, the Chairman Nawab Malik called for the next transaction for discussions and the Minister for Social Justice Shivajirao Moghe presented the above Bill. The monsoon session will go on for two more days. This Bill has been put up for discussions, point-wise detailed deliberation and for passing. It is likely that the Government would try to discuss and pass the Bill.

We shall oppose this Bill – Opposition Parties’ MLAs

A representation has already been submitted by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for cancellation of the Bill by meeting MLAs from all parties. MLAs from opposition parties like Shiv Sena, BJP and others have assured members of HJS that they would strongly oppose the Bill.

Invention of Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANS) !

Says, opposition by Shiv Sena and BJP is due to their not understanding the matter fully !

ANS feels that the Government should pass the Bill in remaining two days and keep its promise. If, however, it is not passed now, ANS will insist the Government to pass the Act latest in its winter session. It is quite satisfying that the Government has clarified misunderstanding of the Warkaris. Opposition by Shiv Sena and BJP is also due to their not understanding the matter fully. Circular to the above effect has been issued by ANS. (Mr. Diwakar Raote, a Shiv Sena MLA opposed the Bill in Legislative Council only after undertaking thorough study of the same and therefore, it was not passed earlier. In fact, ANS has not properly understood the difference between faith and superstition and therefore, it is so persistent about passing of such Bill ! – Editor SP)
