New calamity befalls Hindu Dharma

Proposed ‘Communal and Targeted Violence Act 2011’
The Congress Government has been extending several facilities to the minority communities under the pretext of secularism by ignoring Hindus. Let it be aid of crores of rupees for the ‘Haj’ pilgrimage or freedom to have any number of children etc. The secular Government, with eyes only on the vote-bank of minorities, does not take any initiative in passing ‘Equal Civic Rights’ Act despite the Supreme Court’s many reminders or the ‘Janlokpal’ Bill against corruption as demanded by Shri. Anna Hazare; however, at the same time, the Government is hatching a conspiracy to enact new anti-Hindu Law titled ‘Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Act 2011’ As per the proposed Act, a complainant or Plaintiff will always be from minority (Muslim or Christian) community whereas the accused will always be from majority i.e. only a Hindu. From today, we will regularly publish points on the new problems which Hindus will have to face if the above Bill is passed.
1. Who are the enemies of Hindus making such anti-Hindu Act? :
The President of National Advisory Council (NAC) is the Congress President Sonia Gandhi. The other members of NAC include anti-Hindus like Tista Setalwad (so-called social worker who had filed false cases against Hindus in Gujarat riots issue), Farah Naqvi, Kamal Faroukhi, John Dayal, Maulana Niyaz.
2. Why this Act is dangerous for Hindus?
a. Offences against Hindus by minorities not to be registered : This Act will only take care of offences committed against the majority i.e. Hindus. If people from minority communities are involved in crimes like riots, murder, rape, causing damage to wealth, spreading hatred based on religion, economic boycott etc., they will not come under the purview of this Act.
Hindus be ready to oppose, in lawful manner, this dangerous Act and abide by Dharma !
3. Why is this Act dangerous for Hindus ?
a. Definition will create communal rift between Hindus and will always treat Hindus as accused : Under this Act, definition of ‘group’ has been given as minority community, either as per religion or language, and scheduled castes and tribes in any State of the country. Following are the dangers which can be faced owing to such definition.
A. By including scheduled castes and tribes in the definition of ‘group’, Hindus have been divided.
B. In 90 districts and hundreds of villages, Hindus are in minority; but considering the population of the State, they are treated as majority; as a result, only Hindus will be considered as accused.
4. Act will jeopardize freedom of Hindus !
A. Clauses throttling freedom of expression of Hindus and their basic right to live : In clause 8 of this Act – ‘It will be an offence if an act is done through the medium of writing or verbal propagation or gestures that would create hatred against any person from the group/ against group, it will be an offence of propagation of hatred. – e.g. As per clause 8 of this Act, if any pro-Hindu organization, speaker or keertankar speaks about attacks on Dharma during his speech/ lecture, it will be an offence as spreading hatred besides, the Government employees giving permission for such programs will also be treated as guilty for committing the crime.
O Hindus ! Understand the consequences of this dangerous Act and get ready to oppose this Act to perform your duty towards Dharma !
5. Unjust and one-sided provisions oppressing Hindus !
A. Rehabilitation of minority by selling property of Hindus : As per clause 80 and 81, a Judge can issue an order that till the case against an accused is being contested in the Court, his property/ wealth can be confiscated and in case of his sentence, the same can be sold and the amount so received can be utilized for rehabilitation of the riot-stricken.
B. Hindus can be banished on the basis of suspicion even before any offence is committed : As per clause 82, only on the basis of suspicion that a person from majority community can commit some offence under this Act, such person can be banished for 6 months. (To be continued)
