Amaravati (Maharashtra) : On the occasion of 65th Independence Day of India, Dharmashakti Sena held exhibition of picture boards giving information on great national leaders and revolutionaries on 15th August between 7.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. The pictures were kept along with information about the respective revolutionary. The response received from patriotic citizens to the exhibition was quite encouraging. There were boards with pictures of great national leaders like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Maharana Pratap besides great women rulers like Rani Lakshmibai, Punyashlok Ahilyabai Holkar as also Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Chandrashekhar Azad, Netaji Subhashchandra Bose, etc. giving the information about their unparalleled bravery. More than 1500 young collegian girls and boys visited the exhibition and learnt about the revolutionaries paying homage to them. More than 800 students registered their names with Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) for taking part in the drive of forwarding SMS awakening patriotism and respect towards their Dharma. Many students offered their comments as they were able to get right direction with such exhibitions and for protection of Nation and Dharma. It was felt that such exhibitions are organized in schools and colleges.
