Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held at Pune

Take back the immense reduction in the Air-fare for Haj travel : Demand in the Rashtriya Hindu Andolan held in Pune

Pune : After declaring cancellation of the grant to Haj pilgrimage on 16th January, within hardly a month and a half, that is, on 27th February the announcement appeasing Muslims came stating 15 to 45 % reduction in air tickets for Hal pilgrims. What kind of practicability is this that on one hand planning to privatise the Govt. enterprise of ‘Air India’ for running in loss, and on the other, by giving so much reduction in the name of Haj pilgrimage, incurring the loss of crores of rupees to the Govt. It is an eye-wash for Hindus cancelling the grant but the same amount to be given with reduction in air-fare. On one side the Govt. is controlling the number of Amarnath pilgrims and reaching the highest number in 70 years of Haj pilgrims, as 1 lac 75 thousand 25. Therefore the Central Govt. should cancel so much reduction in the air ticket immediately, was the demand made by Shri. Parag Gokhle of HJS. He was addressing the audience on the occasion of the Rashtriya Hindu Andolan on 21st March. More than 60 Hindutvanishtha had participated. Representation was given to Shri. Vijaysingh Deshmukh, resident Deputy Collector.

Support by a cancer patient to HJS mission

A person came to the venue and said, “I am a cancer patient and I feel very happy to see that you have undertaken this movement for patients like me. HJS is the only organisation raising its voice against the corrupt system. We will always support the samiti.”
