Bhadrapad Krushna trutiya, Kaliyug varsha 5113

True nature of ATS is to help Congress in imposing ban on ‘Sanatan sanstha’; only because it works for Hindu Dharma !

ATS had claimed that the bomb blast at Gadakari Rangayatan, Thane was an act of terrorism under the law of ‘Prevention of illegal act’; but Judge N. V. Nhavkar of the Sessions Court has clearly mentioned in the verdict that the act cannot be considered as a terrorist act. Judge Nhavkar has reprimanded ATS at number of places, in his verdict comprising of 138 pages, about the evidences presented by ATS. He has said in his verdict that, ‘This act does not cause harm to the security, integrity or image of this country. ATS has collected and submitted the information to their senior officers, only with an intention of implicating the accused in terrorist activities. The clauses included by ATS in the charge sheet filed by them are not relevant and are improper. The Court has also stated that ATS had presented fake witnesses to prove the accused as terrorists; destroyed the explosives despite Court’s order for not to do so. It enclosed wrong bills to the charge sheet.’ The verdict of Judge Nhavkar doubts the trustworthiness of ATS. Such guilty ATS officers should be severely punished.
