Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) had clarified in a press conference held in Mumbai after arresting accused in bomb blast case at Gadakari Rangayatan theatre that Sanatan Sanstha had no connection with the blasts; even the Court has stated in its verdict that Sanatan Sanstha was in no away involved in the blast case. Despite this, the Congress Government and police are just waiting to ban Sanatan for appeasement of Muslims as it is a pro-Hindu organization. Is the secular Government going to apply the same law as applied to Sanatan, to both the Congress parties which consist of many criminals ?

Mumbai – It has been published on the website of daily newspaper ‘Times of India (TOI)’ that the Maharashtra police have recommended imposition of ban on ‘Abhinav Bharat’ and ‘Sanatan Sanstha’. The above demand has been made under clause 35 of anti-Terrorists Act and Law against illegal activities (1967). It has been mentioned in the said news that Maharashtra Government had recommended imposition of ban on Sanatan Sanstha in the year 2009. Such information was also given during the ‘Question – Answer’ session in the Upper House of the Parliament when it was asked about position of ban on both the above organizations.

It has been stated further stated in the said news that both the organizations were associated, directly or indirectly, to RSS. So far 35 organizations have been banned due to their terrorist activities like Lashkar-e-tayyba (LeT), Jaish-e- Mohammad, Al Kayda, SIMI, Indian Mujahidin etc. and now Maharashtra police are trying to add even Abhinav Bharat and Sanata Sanstha to the list.
