Police department’s special Investigation Bureau conducts inquiry of HJS activist

Bhadrapad Krushna Navami, Kaiyug Varsha 5113

A police constable of special squad of investigating agency called up a member of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and told him that he wanted to meet the member. Accordingly, the member met the police. A senior police officer and a constable made inquiry with him about HJS and Sanatan Sanstha. The conversation that took place between the three of them is given below.

Constable [ C] (over phone) : We want to meet you.

HJS member [M] : I am out now.

C : Tell us where you are so that we can come and meet you there.

M : I am returning to the city in the afternoon; then we will meet.

C : Ok

M : What is the purpose of the meeting?

C : You will be told when we meet.

(As the member returned to city in the afternoon, he called up the constable and told about the same and asked him whether he could come and meet the member. The constable then came along with a police officer.)

C : (to M) – Oh where have you been? We have not met for so many days.

M : I am always sending sms with ‘good sayings’ to you.

C : Oh yes, I like your ‘good sayings’ very much. Continue to send such sms. {The Constable introduced M to the police officer (O)}

O : I have come to you as a friend. Don’t consider me as a policeman. Tell me as if you would tell a friend. (Cunning police talk sweetly to pro-Hindu activists to extract information about Sanatan. – Editor SP)

(After such introductions, they started inquiry)

M : What is the matter?

C : I want a list of your committee.

M : I don’t know; but what for you need it?

C : Don’t you know that the Government is going to impose ban on Sanatan; therefore. ‘Saheb (takes officer’s name)’ wants information about ‘Sanatan Prabhat’.

M: But ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ is a different entity. Do you want to know about the Sanstha?

C : Yes. (Police cannot even say the name of Sanatan Sanstha properly. This shows their insincerity towards their work. – Editor SP)

M : I don’t have any information. I was in Sanatan Sanstha earlier but now I am a member of HJS.

O : Give me information about HJS.

M : What information do you want?

O : Names of HJS President, Vice President, who are the members etc.?

M : There are no posts like this.

O : Now, tell about Sanatan. When you were in Sanatan, who was the Chief?

(M told the name of a lady-seeker who used to look after the work.)

O : What does she do?

M : She is a house-wife; but nowadays, I have not seen her anywhere. She does not come and the activities are also stopped.

O : Who all were there with her? When you were there, there used to be 4-5 seekers; give their names.

M : I don’t remember the names now and persons are not fixed as such.

O : Try to remember.

M : There is nothing to remember. Every time, there is a new person. If one Dharmasatsang is closed down, another is started at new place where some new person conducts the Dharmasatsang.

O : Do you have the ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’? We want to subscribe to it.

(M takes down his name.)

M : From where have you come?

O :
I have come from special branch of Commissioner’s office.

M : What is the name of your senior?

(Officer tells the name)

O :
In the book exhibition put up by you, are there Sanatan products?

M : No, there is one distributor who sells the products.

O : But I saw even you at the exhibition venue at 4-5 times.

M : Yes, I also purchase those products and sell.

O : Who all are there in your family? You seem to be always engaged in ‘seva’; what about managing your house?

M :
God has given a lot and I get some money from the sale also.
