Capt. (retd.) Dattaram Sawant of Divya Jagruti Trust has lodged a complaint to the Anujuna police station that his religious sentiments are hurt due to the denigration of Hindu Deities on the website of www.kasmovie.com. He has demanded to initiate thorough enquiry into this matter and to take strict action against ‘KAS Movie Makers’ and everybody responsible for this denigration. ‘Shiv Sena’ Goa region acting chief Mr. Ramesh Naik, HJS and Gomantak Mandir and Daarmik Sanstha Mahasangh, Panch member of Anjuna Panchayat Mr. Dinesh Patil, Mr. Srikant Parsekar of Amma Bhagwan has supported action of Capt. (retd.) Dattaram Sawant. Anjuna police has assured to into the matter.
HJS condemns denigration of Kalimata and other Hindu Deities on the website of ‘Kas Movies’, demands immediate withdrawal
KAS Movie Makers has denigrated Hindu deities in the following manner. Seven faces are attached to Shri Kalimata’s original form. In place of weapons in Devi’s Hands different kinds of eyes are depicted. Near each of Her hand, names of various departments like Documentary, Advertisements etc. are being written So also near one of Her hands ‘Do not indulge in corruption’ is written. The information about each of the departments is available at a ‘click’ on it. Shri Ganapati is also being ridiculed. Ganapati is shown carrying a dead elephant. In front of a picture of Ganapati an elephant with severed head is being shown. Shri Hanuman is also being ridiculed in the website. In that picture of Shri Hanuman, a bleeding monkey is shown. In another picture on the said website, a ‘Fashion Show’ parade has been shown. Shri Shankar, Shri Ganapati, Shri Naradmuni, Shri Hanuman and Srikrushna are shown as paying obeisance to a lady, a gentleman and a child doing ‘Cat Walk’ in the parade.
