Amravati (Maharashtra): Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) recently held demonstrations to oppose the proposed Communal Violence Bill. Mr. Vijay Sharma, Mr. Manish Jadhav of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), Mr. Manav Buddhadev of Yoga Vedanta Samiti and Mr. Vipin Gupta of Bajarang Dal had taken part in these demonstrations staged at Rajkamal Chowk. Mr. Vijay Sharma of VHP said, “This Act is not only against organization like Sanatan Sanstha or any pro-Hindu Organization but is against Hindu Dharma. If such Act is passed, we will see only Hindus in jail. Muslims will create problems for Hindus on trivial issues and make it difficult for them to survive. Everyone should, therefore, unite now and oppose the proposed Act so as to thwart the Government’s conspiracy.”

Mr. Manav Buddhadev  of Yoga Vedanta Samiti said, “We know how to tackle those who play with our Dharma and culture. Congress Government should remember that every Hindu has now awakened and will teach a lesson to this unrighteous Government.”

Mr. Hemant Khatri of HJS explained the adverse effects of the said Act on Hindus and Hindu Dharma to the members of audience. Mr. Kiran Duse of HJS, Mr. Girish Komerwar, Mrs. Aruna Bind, Mrs. Smita Thakare and 90 devout Hindus took part in the agitation. It was decided to submit a representation against the Act to the District Collector soon.
