HJS movement ‘Stop indecency and nurture ethical society’ started from Dombivali !

[Under the guise of individual freedom and freedom of expression besides economics involved in the issue, many media channels, entertainment mediums and at public places, very indecent advertisements are displayed which have crossed all the limits of vulgarity. This is creating adverse effect on small children as also on youth. These are the ill-effects of western philosophy of believing only in enjoyment. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, an organization engaged in protection of Nation and Dharma, has undertaken many drives for the welfare of people and against attacks on Nation and Dharma. Now, it has undertaken movement against indecent exhibition of all kinds.]

Dombivali,(Maharashtra) :
Indecent pictures were displayed outside a shop named ‘Jockey’ selling under garments in Dombivali (East). Activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) created awareness in the shopkeeper and asked him to remove such pictures. (All Hindus should learn a lesson from the example of HJS activists who stopped indecency by creating awareness ! – Editor SP)

1. Advertising boards of 10-12 feet height with pictures of semi-nude women were displayed outside the shop. Mr. Ajay Sambhus of HJS realized this and along with other activists viz. Mrs. Savita Borude, Mrs. Arya Lotalikar, Mrs. Amruta Sambhus and Mrs. Alpana Joshi of Sanatan Sanstha went to the shop. They met Mr. Kamalesh Punjwani, the owner of the shop and while explaining to him about vulgarity, they told him, “Indecency is used for increasing sale of products these days; but it is resulting in development of immorality in the society. Hindu culture should not come under the influence of western culture.  You should remove these pictures as a mark of giving respect to women.”

2.  Mr. Kamalesh Punjwani sought time for a week. Thereafter, Mrs. Smita Babar, the city-President of Shiv Sena (women’s wing) and Mrs. Deepika Pedanekar, the city-President of Maharashtra Nav-nirman Sena.(Women’s wing) were also explained the issue. Mrs. Pedanekar immediately went to the shop and forced him to remove the pictures. (Congratulations to Mrs. Deepika Pedanekar for taking prompt action against indecency! If all political parties join hands, Hindu culture can be revived within no time ! – Editor SP)

3. As Punjwani realized that all have joined hands against the issue, he removed all the pictures in the same night.
