Thane : Birth anniversary of Rani Laxmibai celebrated with great enthusiasm

Thane (Maharashtra) :  Every year, birth anniversary of Rani Lakshmibai is celebrated with enthusiasm and so was it celebrated even this year. A program was organized at Neelkantheshwar Temple in Kolshet area and programs by Shiv Sena were arranged at Kalyan for group of ladies by Mrs. Vijaya Pote , the municipal councilor of the party. At Thane, Mrs. Neeta Revankar and Mrs. Arya Lotalikar at Kalyan of HJS explained important incidents from life of Rani Laxmibai, grave condition of Hindu Dharma due to lack of ‘Dharmashikshan’ etc. More than 100 women got benefited from the programs. At Kalyan, members of audience asked for conducting ‘Dharmashikshan’ classes and self-defence training program.

In Gaodevi, Saraswati and Matoshree schools from Dombivali , lectures were organized for 8th to 10th standard students. HJS members Mrs. Sheela Rathod, Charusheela Nakhate, Mrs. Vaishali Kothmire and Mrs. Manisha Joshi conducted lectures in these schools which were attended by about 435 students. Teachers from Matoshree School asked to conduct a lecture on ‘Spiritual practice for removal of stress in life’.
