O Hindus, Let us pay gratitude to God for this success !

K. Bell assures to be sensitive on Hindus faith and websites stop selling denigrating Goddess Lakshmi socks after educative protests

A few days ago, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti received information from Forum for Hindu Awakening (FHA) that some websites selling K.bell manufactured socks which has Goddess Lakshmi images printed on them.

HJS published this news recently, seeking Hindus to protest lawfully against the manufacturer and website owners who were selling these products on internet.

Accordingly many devout Hindus wrote to the K. Bell and website owners to remove the denigrating socks from their websites. In reply they not only got prompt response, the manufacturer appreciated the email for letting them know about the denigration and assured to be sensitive to Hindus religious sentiments in the future. The below websites also removed the socks with Goddess Lakshmi images.

Below sites have removed the products

The assurance email sent by K Bell

We were so appreciative to get your note informing us about the Hindu Goddess. For you information that style is no longer in our line. Based in your email, will we never use her image again on our socks.  Again, we appreciate your input and respect all religions tremendously. Ironically that style originated several years ago from a Hindu requesting the image, perhaps not understanding what you have told us. Again thank you so much for your interest in K. Bell and the information you provided us. Although we no longer carry that style in our current line, we will be sensitive in our future developments !

Regards,

Karen Bell
