In last few months, Social media platform ‘Facebook’ has removed pages and accounts of Hindu leaders, activists and organisations. On the other hand, Facebook allows pages and accounts of jihadi terrorists, missionaries and those who openly insult Hindu deities, Dharma and Bharat. It has been revealed that Facebook took such action against Hindus on the behest of anti-Hindu media houses like TIME magazine. We already know how many media houses such as The Wire, The Print and so on always indulge in defaming Hindus and India.
To protest against such Hinduphobic media platforms and to expose their anti-Hiindu anti-Bharat agenda, Hindus took to Twitter and started tweeting with hashtag #Hinduphobic_Media. More than 30,000 tweets were tweeted using the said hashtag and soon it became one of the top 10 national trends on Twitter in India. It was on 5th place for few hours.
