Raghurajpur (Odisha) : Hindu Dharma has always created and nurtured art. 64 types of arts were created from the ‘Vedas’. The ‘Gurukul’ tradition in Hindu Dharma was the center of all arts and growth of spiritual science. Many temples like Sri Surya Temple of Konark, Sri Jagannath temple of Puri were destroyed by Mughal invaders. Islam does not believe in any art; therefore, they have always destroyed artworks. Those, who damage artwork, can never create anything. Later, the British also destroyed Gurukul system and started education in English as per the plan of Lord Macaulay. The Queen of England had ordered to bring Rs. 200 crores from India every year. The British were thieves and unfortunately, we are imitating them, said Mr. Ramesh Shinde, the spokesperson of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) in a meeting held at Ragurajpur in Odisa. The program was attended by Mr. Sharad Jaisingh, the President of ‘Konark Suraksha Samiti’, Mr. Narayan Dass, the convener of the program. How many of you know the meaning of the word ‘Hello’?
While tearing the mask worn by Indians following western culture, Mr. Shinde said, “Millions of people greet each other over phone saying ‘Hello’. How many of you know the meaning of the word ‘hello’? The name of the wife of scientist who invented telephones was ‘hello’; so first he called her up and said ‘hello’ and we are always calling his wife due to our lack of knowledge.”
Mr. Shinde explained, with the help of pictures, about the danger of ‘love jihad’ created by Muslims. Mr. Narayan Dass, who took special efforts to organize this meeting, made an appeal to people to take part in HJS activities. The meeting was held by a local organisation.
