It was confirmed by Zee Kannada only, as they were displaying a footnote ‘This program will be the last show and now onwards this program will not be broadcasted’ during the program broadcasted on 21 April 2012.

Police summon HJS spokesperson Mr. Mohan Gowda

Instead of taking action against Zee Kannada channel, which was broadcasting the program denigrating Hindu Deities, Police called Mr. Mohan Gowda and asked him to visit Police Station. Police told Mr. Gowda over phone that they will be registering case against Mr. Gowda as many people threatened Zee Kannada over phone. But Mr. Gowda told Police that this can’t be done as neither he threatened anyone in Zee Kannada nor told any other person to do so. Samiti always works within the limits of law and order.

O Hindus, criticize legally against this anti religious TV channel! and  Expel such anti-Hindu Channel who ridicule our religion ! – Editor)

Hindu Janajagruti Samiti starts agitation throughout Karnataka State.

When Hindu Janajagruti Samiti initially came to about this, HJS Karnataka Spokesperson Mr. Mohan Gowda Called Zee Channel, and explained “How it is hurting the Hindu Sentiments, and Requested them to to stop the programme. There was Negative and adverse Response. Then HJS Started Phone Call Campaign throughout state more then hundreds telephone calls made done, for which also Zee Kannada responded negatively.( Many People from All Over Karnataka Called Zee kannada ) Then as a next step HJS with Other Hindu Organisations Bajarangdal, Shri Ram Sena, Sanatan Sanstha leaders met Zee Kannada and explained the Same and submitted a Memorandum .The Channel People were not ready to accept their mistake, and they were justifying it. At last they told that within one week we will let you know the status.

But still…denigration is going on.

Denigrating incident of deities Shri Yamadharmaraja and Shri Chitragupta

In this context there is a competition conducted between three participants who act in negative roles in the movies.  They show an incident in  a serial as to what mistakes that they have done while they lived on earth  and even the onlookers of the competition also talk with Shri Yamadharmaraja and Shri Chitragupta jocularly.  After the turns of the three participants Chitragupta calls and tell them to take atonement for their mistakes by playing some games of the competition.  For example : To eat banana without  touching it, Keeping some balls in a glass box containing snakes and asking them to take out the balls etc.

Finally the three of them are asked to stand in 3 glass nests and yama orders that let the bones roar on them . Then Yama orders  those on whom bones fall  to  go to hell and those on whom flowers fall will be sent to earth.

This programme will be telecast on Zee Kannada TV channel on every Thursday and Friday at 9 pm. ( Has the channel got the guts to show such programmes in relation to Christ or muslims?  We need not specify as to what would have been the effect if at all they show such programmes on them! O Hindus, unite against  such anti religious elements  who play with our religious faith in the name of self freedom! – editor)

The ludicrous things in this programme are like this:

1. Sometimes Yama is very much happy over Chitragupta and comes forward to give something to  Chitragupta and Chitragupta  extends his hands with greediness but Yama doesn`t give anything , pretending to give.

2. The people who have come for the competition say ` from which drama company have you  Come? You act very well and we will recommend you.’

3. The participants address Yama as Keechaka.

4. At the time of break, sometimes Chitragupta shouts instead of the buffalo.

5.  When  a servant of Yama is bringing a woman by holding her hands, the lady says ‘ What is this? Are you not ashamed to bring the ladies like this?’ to Yama and continues ‘ Is there no lady constable here?`. Then Chitragupta says,` here no ladies or gents. We are everything.’ Then the participant asks ‘ Then you are that of character is it?’

6. Now Chitragupta has a laptop with him and he is calling the people looking into the laptop.

7. Once one participant fears to play the game of snakes. Then Yama, giving her a different punishment says ‘She should dance and make me happy’. Then that participant dances around Yama and Chitragupta while touching them with the background music of a movie.
