A distorted map of India published by BBC has created a new controversy. The British Broadcasting Corporation, in a news piece on Agni V launch, had carried a map of India. BBC has claimed the source as Defence Research Developmental Organization (DRDO), Government of India. The map has the parts of Jammu and Kashmir eaten away, which irked eyes of some Indian readers.
There were some tweets seen in twitter objecting the map and requesting BBC to withdraw it immediately.
