Effect of Hindu Unity : PMC stays the reconstruction of disputed Haji Makkeshah Masjid

July 24, 2012

Hindus performed Maha-arti at ancient ‘Panchaleshwar’ temple to pay gratitude for this success

Pune (Maharashtra) : Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has given order on 17th July to stop all construction works in the city due to acute water shortage problem; disregarding the said order giving reason of so called Municipal Corporation’s permission, illegal reconstruction work of Haji Makkeshah Masjid was being carried out. In order to appease the Muslims, PMC had given permission by sidelining the old reports of the police. When ‘Samast Hindu Aghadi’ President Mr. Milind Ekbote along with many devout Hindus raised a strong opposition to this construction, stay is given ultimately to the construction by the Municipal Corporation. (Why Hindus need to raise voice against such illegal construction ? This same PMC demolished 105 temples of Hindus; but why it is showing so much kindness towards Muslims ? O Hindus, the main reason behind this kind of attitude is disunity among Hindus; hence unite for the sake of protecting Dharma ! – Editor SP)

Mr. Ekbote said, “When we came to know about the illegal construction, we met the officers of Municipal Corporation and got the order of the stay. We made a complaint along with the same at Deccan police station. Police told us that the issue lies in the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation. (How will this kind of police who avoid own responsibility, protect the public from Jihadi terrorist attacks ? The police who do not shoulder the responsibility will be responsible for any untoward incidents of law and order taking place due to the mosque in question ! – Editor SP)

Later when the Municipal Corporation was contacted they tried to evade to answer. Finally when the Hinduts gave a warning of agitating, if the stay order was not given, ultimately Municipal Corporation gave the stay order to stop the  construction of the disputed mosque. Until PMC gives permanent stay on illegal construction of Haji Makkeshah mosque, agitation would continue. In order to pay gratitude for this success all Hindus performed ‘Maha Arti’ at  ancient Panchaleshwar temple.”

Unauthorized re-construction of Haji Makkeshah mosque started in Pune !

July 3, 2012

Muslims trying to take benefit of Mantralaya fire

Pune (Maharashtra) : It has been observed that Muslims have started unauthorized construction of the controversial Haji Makkeshah mosque at Deccan. Although Muslims claim that they had the necessary permission granted by the Chief Minister and the Home Ministry, they are not ready to show the relevant papers to prove their claim. (This is the outcome of appeasement of Muslims adopted by rulers till now! – Editor SP) It is also observed that the construction was started after provocative statements made by Socialist Party’s MP Abu Azmi. Mr. Milind Ekbote, the President of ‘Samasta Hindu Aghadi (SHA)’ said that he would be knocking the doors of High Court in this connection.

The controversy regarding Haji Makkeshah mosque is quite old; therefore, the construction work was stopped. Muslims are, however, trying to reap benefit out of the fire that broke in ‘Mantralaya’ building. It is possible that in this fire, papers related to this mosque might have been destroyed.  Permission may have to be sought again but the then report submitted by the police might not be available; therefore, Muslims can complete the construction of this mosque till all the papers are verified to take a decision in the matter. The Government will not then dare to demolish the construction. The above could be the conspiracy hatched by Muslims as they are claiming to have obtained permission but not ready to show relevant papers. From Friday, Muslims have started re-construction under police security. It was observed by Mr. Milind Ekbote who gathered many Hindus there.

Mr. Ekbote has made an appeal that all pro-Hindu organizations should come together and give a legal fight against the above wrong-doing. Mr. Dheeraj Ghate, BJP- Youth Front, Mr. Manohar Oak, of VHP and Mr. Kundan Todkar were present on the occasion. (Congratulations to pro-Hindu activists who united against illegal construction ! Hindus from all over the country should show such unity! – Editor SP)

Police protection extended for whom?

In this context, Muslims said that permission has been obtained from the Chief Minister and Home Ministry for construction; but they did not show the decency of showing relevant papers. Muslims and police refused permission to a student who wanted to take photographs for academic purpose. The following doubts have, therefore, arisen. If there is permission, why Muslims and police don’t allow to take photographs; if the construction is unauthorized, then why the police, who should not allow the construction, are providing security for the same. It shows the clear motive of Muslims to take advantage of the fire that broke in Mantralaya as it might have burnt the relevant papers.

Muslims encouraged by Abu Azmi’s provocation  !

Abu Azmi, MP of Socialists’ Party had visited Pune four days back when he said in a press conference that he would try to get permission for re-construction of Haji Makkeshah’s mosque. Then immediately, the construction was started from Friday. It is not possible to get permission for re-construction within two days of the incident of Mantralaya catching fire. It is said that Azmi’s instigation was responsible for re-start of construction work.
