Mangalore (Karnataka) : Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) had published news about attack by anti-national infiltrators on Hindus from Assam and attack by Raza Academy in Mumbai. Congress Government has blocked the website for publishing such news. HJS activists, therefore, took out a protest march against this ban on 27 August 2012 in front of District Collector’s office. Mr. Ramanand, the district coordinator of HJS for Mangalore said, “Congress Government has exhibited its Hindu-hatred by imposing ban on a patriotic website instead of websites of terrorist organisations.” Sanatan Sanstha’s Sukanya Acharya said, “Imposing ban on a website which explains ‘Dharma-shastra’ to Hindus and imparts ‘Dharma-shikshan’, is doing injustice to Hindus.” After the protest march, representations were submitted to the District Collector for forwarding to the Central Home Minister and Mr. Kapil Sibbal, Telecom Minister, demanding lifting of ban. More than 50 devout Hindus participated in the protest march.
