Shahuwadi (Dist. Kolhapur, Maharashtra) : Guidance was held for 12 Ganesh Festival Committees from Donoli, Bambawade in Shri Bhairavnath Temple. Mr. Prasad Kulkarni of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) guided the members of Ganesha Committees. The members got their various doubts related to Sri Ganesha clarified on the occasion. Few youth members made a demand for holding self-defence classes and exhibition on life-history of revolutionaries. The members, about 60 in number, who attended the program included Mr. Pravin Shelke, Narayan Shelke, Anuraj Shelke, Bhalchandra Shelke, Yogesh Shelke, Ravindra Gurav, Vijay Jambhale, Dheeraj Shinde, Santosh Shinde etc. from ‘Ganesh Traun Mandal, Shivtej Tarun Mandal, Shivkal Tarun Mandal, Raje group, Shiv-shakti Tarun Mandal, Ganaraj Tarun Mandal’ etc. HJS activists, viz. Mr. Sudhakar Mirajkar and Smt. Indumati Khomane were also present on the occasion.
