Sangli (Maharashtra) : An exhibition devised by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) through the mediun of ‘Flex’ boards was organised by Buland Shahu Samrat Shri Ganeshotsava Mitra Mandal (Mandal) Khangaon. Mr. Abhijit Shinde, a staunch patriot took initiative in putting up this exhibition. Mr. Pravin Pawar is the President of this Mandal. Specialities of Buland Shahu Mandal
1. Clay idol installed every year.
2. Devotional songs are played through out the day.
3. Malpractices increasing ‘Raja’, ‘Tama’ components are avoided.
Ideal Ganeshotsava celebrations by ‘21 Modak Shri Ganeshotasva Mandal’
Miraj (Maharashtra) : ‘21 Modak Shri Ganeshotasva Mandal’ from Guruwar Peth celebrates Ganesh Festival in ideal manner. Recitation of chanting the name of Shri Ganesh, collective recitation of ‘Atharvasheersha’ etc. goes on in the Mandal regularly. Immersion procession is also taken out in an ideal manner. Mrs. Shubhangi Todkar, Mrs. Megha Chaougule, Mrs. Swati Phutane, Mrs. Sangita Dodwad are the members who take intiative in such programs. After Sanatan seekers creating awareness, there has been remarkable change in the members of the Mandal.
