Belated wisdom !

Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : The State Home Minister Satej Patil held a meeting on Wednesday wherein it was decided to fix permanent ‘jammers’ for cell phones in Shri Mahalakshmi Temple. As such, cell phones will not be used in the temple premises. (Belated wisdom shown by the State Govt. ! The Govt. should make such arrangement in every temple so that devotees are not disturbed while praying to God ! – Editor SP)

The meeting was attended by Mr. Rajaram Mane, District Collector and the President of Western Maharashtra Devsthan Samiti and the District Superintendent of Police, Vijay Singh Jadhav. (Why not a single pro-Hindu activist, Saint, ‘Pravachankar’ or Dharmacharya was invited for this meeting ? Will the Samiti show such bias in matters related to other religions ? – Editor SP) Minister Patil first went around the premises of the temple and then held the meeting to consider security matters.  Few other points were approved along with fixing of ‘jammers.’
