Miraj (Maharashtra) : Shiv Sena resorted to agitation and forced to close down the slaughter-house at Bedag. It is learnt that there was a plan to install modern equipment and re-start the slaughter-house. The stray dogs moving in this area had attacked and killed children earlier. If it is re-started, it will have to be closed down. The above warning has been given by Shiv Sena’s Deputy Commissioner, Nitin Kapadnis today, through a representation. (Only Shiv Sainiks shaped up by Shiv Sena Chief can give such warnings; therefore, all Hindus will be proud of Shiv Sainiks ! – Editor SP) Other Shiv Sainiks present on this occasion were – Mr. Chandrakant Maigure, its dy. taluka-chief, Baban Sonandkar, Jaigovind Kore, Abhijit Harge, Sandeep Shinde, Tatya Pardesi, Sidhakar Kore  etc. along with other activists.

…if needed, the ‘Maha-sabha’ would be thwarted ! – Mr. Maigure

Mr. Chandrakant Maigure said while talking to the media-persons that recently, ploy to start slaughter-house at Ashta was thwarted; even then, under the name of modernization, thousands of animals will be slaughtered every day which can include even cows; therefore, Shiv Sena is against the slaughter-house. If this topic is by force, brought in the ‘Mahasabha’, we will thwart such ‘sabha’.
